Bulk email and customer newsetters are a great way to keep your customers informed and increase your business if
they are used correctly. However, nobody likes spam and at Websites & More it is NOT ALLOWED - EVER!
You must not use the WebsitesAndMore.com Servers, mail server, Websites & More's equipment or any WebsitesAndMore.com email address
or ip address in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or substantially similar, 'any' unsolicited email messages.
Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. This prohibition extends to the sending of unsolicited mass mailings from another service that in any way implicates the use of the Websites
& More Network, Websites & More equipment or any Websites & More email address or any domain name we host for you. A message is considered unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one's email address accessible to the public will not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages.
If you are found to have spammed, without warning, WebsitesAndMore.com reserves the right to disable your domain. In addition,
Websites & More may impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation. Websites & More solely reserves the right to
refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, Websites & More reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in cancellation of services without refund.
You must comply with the
CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other laws and regulations applicable to bulk or commercial e-mail. In addition, you
must obtain Websites & More's advance approval for any bulk e-mail, which will not be given unless you are able
to demonstrate that you are in full compliance with this policy.
