Anonymous Ftp Accounts
In order to have an anonymous ftp account you must have a dedicated ip address with your account. This means you must have the advanced hosting account. If you have the advanced hosting account all you have to do is submit a support ticket and request that we set this feature up for you. How Can I get Listed in Search Engines?
To get listed in the search engines there are several things you need do. You must have a well designed, error free, keyword orientated and text "subject specific website". If you have these things in place, then you are ready to submit your site to the search engines. If you are not at this point yet - we can help. How Do Search Engines Really Work?
Search Engines for the web do not really search the World Wide Web directly. Each one searches a database of the full text of web pages selected from the billions of web pages out there residing on servers all over the world. When you search the web using a search engine, like the top engines, you are always searching a somewhat stale copy of the real web page. Setting up an email account
Just open the email client you wish to use; Outlook, Netscape, etc.. You will need to know a few things first.
1) your isp's outgoing mailserver (sometimes it is just smtp)
2) your email username
3) your email password
4) your incoming mailserver. Once inside the email program, use the file menu to add an account. This is usually located under Tools. Use the wizard to setup the account with the information above. If you have any problems at all, please call the office toll free at (802) 447-8320.

How to ftp to your website
If you would like to maintain your own website, you will have to learn how to use ftp. If you do not have the ftp username and password, you can request it here: http://www.wmholdingsinc.com/submit_a_ticket.shtml. Then you will need a program like: Cute FTP available here: http://www.cuteftp.com or FTP Voyager available here: http://www.ftpvoyager.com.
These are great and very easy to use programs. After you install the software you can follow the wizard to setup the connection to your website very easily. If you need help with this, you can call the office toll free at (802) 447-8320.

You can access your email from anywhere in the world as long as you have a connection to the internet. Type in this address in your browsers' address bar: http://webmail.yourdomainnamehere.com
Replace "yourdomainnamehere.com" with the domain name that you have hosted with us. You will need your username and password for your account.
